Be Satisfied With Smaller Unsecured Business Credit Lines

There are many investors and business owners who ask me how hard is it to get unsecured credit lines over $100,000.  Well, common sense would dictate that smaller credit lines are easier to obtain.  But let’s take a moment to discuss another reason to be statisfied with smaller unsecured business credit lines.

One of the greatest advantages of unsecured business credit lines is the fact that they are unsecured and they require no documentation what so ever.  As a business owner or real estate investor… this is a dream come true.  Keep in mind that do not have to back these loans with assets of any kind and they will not ask you for a single bank statement or tax return.   As one of my colleagues puts it:  “It is truly the best financial product available…ANYWHERE!”

There are betters way of approaching banks in order to secure these types of funds.  But a word of caution:  Be careful when applying.  Don’t get greedy by asking for large amounts of business credit lines.  Why you may ask.  Many lenders will offer you $100,000 or more per credit line especially after you have established yourself.

They’ll usually say “your credit is so strong, we could give you more than 100k”. They do this because after you agree, they will start asking you for documentation.   If you refuse to pursue this additional funding after it has been offered to by not giving them this additional documentation, it may constitute grounds for your line to be rejected and in most cases you cannot go back down to under 100k either.

Don’t get yourself in this situation.  Be satisfied with the $30,000 to $50,000 you can receive and apply for multiple smaller amounts such as this.  You still can collect several hundreds of thousands of dollars by securing multiple unsecured business credit lines.  For more information on how to properly secure this type of funding, go to:  http://UnsecuredBusinessCreditLines.com/business-credit-lines.html
